1. Agreement to Terms

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by MB Elora, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania under company registration number 308053417, with registered address at Perkunkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any product, or subscribing to any service offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from us. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Products

The Muscle-Keep Blueprint video training, workbook, recipes, and grocery system are digital products delivered electronically.

License, not ownership. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repost our digital products, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Access. Digital products are delivered via instant download and/or email delivery. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout and to retain your purchase confirmation for future access.

No guarantee of specific results. Our digital products are educational in nature. See Section 8 (Health & Wellness Disclaimer).

4. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract date, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Exception for digital content: This right is lost once you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your withdrawal right. Our checkout process includes a separate checkbox, unchecked by default, stating:

"I expressly request immediate access to this digital content and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once download/access begins."

• If you do not check this box, you retain the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
• If you do check this box and access the content, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies — our separate 14-day guarantee in Section 9 still applies as a goodwill commitment.

5. Subscriptions

Certain products or services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, clearly identified as such at checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (billing frequency disclosed at signup) until you cancel. You will receive a confirmation email at enrollment summarizing your subscription terms, including price, frequency, and what's included.

Cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated. Cancellation is available directly by emailing support@goelora.com and must be handled at least as easily as signup, in line with EU consumer protection requirements.

We are not responsible for overdraft or insufficient-funds fees your bank or card issuer may apply as a result of recurring billing.

6. Physical Products

Certain products may be offered as physical goods, shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

• Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• EU consumers retain the standard 14-day withdrawal right for physical goods (non-waivable), plus a further 14 days to return the item once withdrawal is declared, per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• Cross-border shipments (including to the United States or other non-EU destinations): customs duties, import taxes, and related charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed product price or shipping cost.
• Products that arrive defective or damaged will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost — contact support@goelora.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. VAT & Pricing

Prices displayed at checkout include VAT where applicable, calculated based on the customer's location in line with the EU's One-Stop-Shop (OSS) VAT scheme for digital and physical goods sold to EU consumers. Sales to customers outside the EU, including the United States, may be subject to different tax treatment under the destination country's rules; any such taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

We are not doctors, dietitians, or licensed medical professionals, and nothing on this Site or in any of our products constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our content, including the Muscle-Keep Blueprint and all related materials, is educational and informational only. It is designed to be used alongside — never as a substitute for — guidance from your own physician or qualified healthcare provider, especially regarding any medication, diet change, or exercise routine.

Always consult your doctor before making changes related to your medication, diet, or exercise, and before starting any new program, especially if you have an existing medical condition. If you experience symptoms that concern you, contact your doctor promptly.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, weight change, health improvement, or result from the use of our products.

9. Refunds & Guarantee

Digital products: Beyond the statutory withdrawal right in Section 4, all digital product purchases are covered by our own 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee, offered regardless of whether the statutory withdrawal right applies. To request a refund, email support@goelora.com within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions: Cancelling stops future billing. Refunds for already-billed periods follow the statutory rules described in Sections 4 and 5; where not legally required, refunds for partial periods are at our discretion unless otherwise stated at signup.

Physical products: Governed by the 14-day withdrawal right described in Section 6. To initiate a return, email support@goelora.com with your order number.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our products — including text, worksheets, graphics, videos, and branding — is owned by MB Elora and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Share or resell access to purchased digital products
• Post or transmit abusive, defamatory, or infringing content in any forum, comment section, or messaging feature we may offer

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MB Elora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under EU consumer protection law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer resides. Nothing in these Terms deprives an EU consumer of protections guaranteed by the mandatory law of their own country of residence.

We do not require arbitration or class-action waivers as a condition of purchase.

Online Dispute Resolution: In line with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, disputes may be submitted to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For disputes involving customers outside the EU, including the United States, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable rules of private international law; nothing in this section limits any non-waivable protections available to you under the law of your own country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page, with the effective date noted above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
